Cancellation policy

Most products sold by PANELS are standard one-time purchases and are subject to our regular order cancellation, return, and refund policies.

From time to time, PANELS may offer certain products as pre-orders. The following terms apply when a product is specifically identified as a pre-order at the time of purchase.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available for regular shipment.

The applicable product page will identify the item as a pre-order and may provide an estimated production, availability, or shipping timeframe.

Depending on the specific pre-order, payment may be collected in full at checkout or handled according to the payment terms displayed when you place your order.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before the order enters fulfillment by contacting us at admin@panelsprint.com.

If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, the order will be subject to our regular Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Estimated Availability

Pre-order availability and shipping dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, materials, production, transportation, or other circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, PANELS will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information using the contact information associated with your order.

If PANELS is unable to fulfill a pre-order, any amount collected for the unfulfilled product will be refunded.

Subscriptions

PANELS does not currently offer subscription purchases.

If subscription products are introduced in the future, applicable renewal, billing, modification, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Try Before You Buy

PANELS does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases.

If this purchase option is introduced in the future, applicable authorization, trial period, return, and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase and this policy will be updated accordingly.
